RETURNS, WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Returns

Should you change your mind and want to return your order, you will have 15 days from the moment you receive the package to do so.

All returned products should be in an ‘as new’ condition, i.e. neither used nor washed and fit for sale, inside their box or package, and still bearing their original labels.

Evesportswear shall only accept returns of products purchased directly from its website. Products acquired at fairs, showrooms or the like or using gift cards cannot be returned.

If your return meets the above criteria, please take the following steps:

  1.        Log in–if you are an already registered customer.
  2.        Go to ‘My account’, then to ‘My orders’, and select the appropriate order and product you would like to return.
  3.        Click ‘Returns’ and fill in the return form, specifying the reason for your return.
  4.        Print a copy of the return sheet and enclose it in the return package.
  5.        If you made your purchase as a guest or want to return a product bought using a gift card, complete the return form and send it to info@evesportswear.es. Also enclose a copy thereof in your return package.
  6.        Make sure the product is properly packaged and protected against any potential damages on its way back.
  7.        Please write the following on the outside of the box or envelope:
  • Evesportswear
  • Your first name and last name
  • The original order number (which you will find in the ‘My orders’ section of your user account or in the order confirmation e-mail).
  • The return address shown below:

  1.        Please send the package through your preferred carrier service.

 Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for any expenses related to the return of products to the return address shown above. Furthermore, Evesportswear will not pay for any customs duties arising from the return of products from international addresses.

Once we receive a return package, we will try to process it within 7 working days.

Once we approve the return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know that we will credit the amount you paid to the card you used to make the purchase in the first place. Please bear in mind that your bank will have a certain card-credit time.

Evesportswear reserves the right to reject any returned product which is not in perfect condition, as well as any return that is notified or sent to us outside the allotted time.

If you have any questions about your return after sending the package, or if the sum we have refunded you with is incorrect, please send us an e-mail to info@evesportswear.es stating the date on which you sent the article of clothing, the sender’s name, and the tracking number, if appropriate.

If we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, please contact us at info@evesportswear.es.

Defective Products

At Evesportswear we put our products through the strictest quality controls. However, manufacturing defects sometimes occur. If you think your product suffers from any manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us at info@evesportswear.es.
